Retail IT Sales Consultant

Educational Requirements:

Matric

Relevant IT qualification

Experience Requirements:

Must have at least 2-year experience in an IT retail related environment

Must have a valid A+ / N+ qualification

Must be proficient on Microsoft office

Must be well spoken and presented

Must have own transport and valid drivers license

Responsibilities:

Assisting walk in customers with sales and queries

Assisting customers over the phone with sales queries

Assist customer with sales of suitable IT products

Ensure customer are given accurate quotes

Processing invoices

Achieve set sales targets

Identify opportunities to increase sales

Establish and maintain excellent customer service levels

Must be a self-starter and can use own initiative

Enthusiastic about sales

Target driven

Good administrative skills

Proven sales track record


Additional info:

Salary R10 000 – R13 000 Gross

Must be happy to work retail hours, weekends etc.

Must have solid IT knowledge
