Retail Area Managers:Gauteng (R22kpm+incentives)

A reputable retail giant is looking for a Retail Ops Manager for Gauteng. Head office based in Lanseria

The suitable incubent will:

Be responsible to oversee and manage franchised outlets – 10 to 15 stores
Carry out duties related / ensuring franchised outlets conform to Franchisors / Brand basic operations and standards, deliver training and ongoing support, opening of new stores and successful carrying out of national promotions but limited to.
Report to line manager / Regional Manager daily
Travel and sleeping out, roughly 4000km a month
PLEASE NOTE THAT A LOT OF TRAVEL IS INVOLVED IN THIS POSITION - THEREFORE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENCE & OWN VEHICLE ARE PRE-REQUISITES!

2 - 5 years retail/ops Management experience

Must have retail financial acumen
self motivated & result driven

a good understanding of stock inventory management
strong analytical skills
good conflict management skills
good communication skills
previous retail experience would be an advantage
training and mentoring of franchise management and staff would be an advantage
