A vacancy exists with our client for a dynamic candidate to fill the retail administrator position at their Head Office in Johannesburg They are one of Southern Africaβs leading broad-based information communication technology
DUTIE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and direct phone calls from Customers and Vendors
Facilitate and support Sales Team on Customer related queries
Answering of Customer Queries
Telesales and Quotations
Organize and schedule meetings between Sales Staff and Customers / Vendors
Processing and resolving of CCVβs (Credits)
Manage the process of Returned Merchandise (RMA)
Data Capturing of marketing related information / plotting of price & sales trends
Maintain work flow and filing for the department
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
RSA Citizens only
Matric/Grade 12
Computer Literate β MS Office (Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook)
1 Years Retail sales experience in the SA IT Industry an advantage
Knowledge of Axapta an advantage
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Proven admin or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work as a team member as well as independently
Self-motivated
