We are looking for an experienced RESERVATIONS CONSULTANT to join a rapidly growing luxury hospitality group. The group manages a large number of luxury lodges, located in South Africa and other African countries. Based in stunning offices in Bryanston Johannesburg, the candidate would be responsible for Reservations of few properties of the group.

A sound background and knowledge of E-res is mandatory in order to apply for this role. Other PMS knowledge is also an advantage. A team player with excellent communication skills and a minimum of 5 years reservations experience is required.

Key Performance areas would include:

Reservation calls and transferring of calls
Conversions of enquiries into sales
Making Reservations and Confirmation of reservations
Making sure that the correct Rate code pulls through when making your reservations
Collecting all travel agents/tour operators’ vouchers/payments
Product Knowledge
Make sure reservations information gets updated accordingly
Upselling or offering different products if their property is not available

Amendments/Cancellations
Start: Immediate but can be negotiable for the right candidate.

Salary package is negotiable – depending on candidate’s skills and experience. Provident Fund (compulsory) and Medical (optional) will be part of the Cost To Company package.
