Don't Look Down Productions is looking for a mature receptionist/office assistant with the following criteria:
Reception and front desk: daily operation of switchboard during office hours (weekdays, 8.30am – 5.30pm) – friendly and good telephone etiquette
Must be computer literate (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Ensure all visitors are greeted and received professionally, answering general questions where possible and referring specific enquiries to other staff where appropriate.
Ensuring the ongoing tidy and professional appearance of the reception and waiting areas.
Assisting with the management of the office (cleaners, garden service, ad hoc repairs, etc.)
Ensure monthly and weekly groceries are fully stocked.
Professionally attending to emails received ensuring that protocols are followed in relation to the management of such emails.
Directors/other meetings: booking of venues and arrangement of refreshments as per the need of the meeting to which it relates
Ensure the catering requirements of visitors.
Must have good time management and communication skills
Must be neat and have attention to detail
Other Ad Hoc admin/reception duties.
Must have contactable references.
