Receptionist & Office Administrator
A childrenβs summer camp on the KZN North Coast has a vacancy for a receptionist/office administrator. We are looking for someone with a pleasant disposition to work in the front office and is generally an administrative all-rounder with good organizational skills.
Work duties will include:
Answering the switchboard and gate and deal with clients at the front desk.
Assist the directors and resort manager with various duties and tasks including, but not limited to, office work, printing and data capture.
Manage the housekeeping/laundry department and keep stock of, and order chemicals.
Source products and negotiate with new suppliers and current ones.
Take minutes at EXCO and other meetings.
Do airport, shopping and other driving duties.
The applicant must have a good command of the of the English language (spoken and written), be computer literate and have a valid driver's license.

Meals, laundry and comfortable accommodation is provided should you require a live-in position. The initial salary is very basic but will increase as soon as you have proved yourself.
