Job Summary Statement Aveng Manufacturing, a leading infrastructure development group, provides a diverse range of services, products
and solutions in engineering, construction, mining, steel and manufacturing through its five business units
namely Infraset, Duraset, DFC, Rail, and ACS.

The incumbent will be responsible for the switch board to answer and transfer calls to relevant people / departments.
Minimum Requirements • Minimum of 3 – 5 years practical work experience in the listed KPA’s
• Basic experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email)
Duties & Responsibilities • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments
• Responsible for assisting management with faxing, emailing and courier of documents and parcels
• Provide required administrative support (typing memos, updating notice boards)
• Keep the front desk clean and tidy
• Welcome visitors
• Adhere to safety and security procedures for employees and visitors entering the front Desk / reception area
