A well-established Property Management Company currently has a vacancy for a Receptionist for a Retail Shopping Centre in Dainfern.
The Receptionist is responsible for the first line of communication between the public and the Centre Management office. The Receptionist must ensure to always be professional when dealing with customers and tenants.
Furthermore, the Receptionist is expected to manage the switchboard, reception area and is responsible for all general administrative and ad hoc duties.

Managing reception area
Attending to customer queries

FilingBinding of necessary documentation
Boardroom bookings
Attending to visitors or tenants
Arranging catering of meals for Manco Meetings
Assisting tenants with general queries
Control pre-validated parking tickets
Tenant late opening schedule
General administrative and ad hoc duties
Qualifications & Experience
Matric
Driverβs license
Computer literacy on MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience
Knowledge / skills / abilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Assertiveness
Professional, patient and friendly
Professional telephonic etiquette
