Job Description
Generate Quotes according to the description supplied on Call from Service Agent or CSR.
Supply travel time, labour, part numbers
Send to SAM for Pre approval
Once approved send to Customer
Update Call accordingly
Follow up for Customer Approval
Job Requirements
Matric or other equivalent qualification preferable

1 โ 2 years experience in call management within the IT industry
Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, Internet, e-mail)
A very good ability to use ASTEA work order management
Ability to draw computerised reports
Ability to interpret Service Level Agreements reports
Drive
Communication (Written and Oral)
Conscientiousness
Dedication to customers/customer service
Persuasiveness and Self Confidence
Problem Analysis
Functional Planning
Delegation and Control
High levels of work output
