QA Agents (Insurance)- mrpmoney, Durban

Do you understand the importance of a professional approach and good quality?

As part of the Call Centre QA department you will be required to listen in to our agents’ calls and ensure that they are maintaining the procedures and standards which have been set up.

Demonstrating strong interpersonal and coaching skills, you will work one-on-one with Agents, and assessing areas of strength and weakness.

Key responsibilities:

To assess agents calls according to set outcomes and provide reporting based on findings
To adhere to high levels of quality standards and meet monthly QA targets
To conduct and complete investigations as and when required and provide reporting based on findings
To provide coaching and training
Requirements:

2 years’ quality,assurance experience within the financial services industry specifically pertaining to the sale of insurance products in an Outbound
Call Centre environment
Proficient in at least two official languages.
FAIS accredited with a minimum of 140 credits at NQF level 4
Have successfully completed the RE 5 regulatory examination for representatives
Proficient in MS Excel.
