Proposal coordinator – Intern


Job Description

To provide support to the Proposal Office as appropriate in all administrative aspects of proposal development which includes quotes, tenders and orders.

To ensure integrity of all proposal documentation.

Tasks:

Tender searches
Keep the general statutory documents up to date
Assist with uploading of documents to iPas DM and CRM
Assist the team with CVs, project sheets, filing etc. (administration)
Assist with scanning, creating files, copies, binding
Business and sectors trend searches and analysis

Essential skills:
Time management ito planning and workload prioritisation
Good written and verbal communication
Result and deadline oriented
Work independently
Attention to detail
Pro-active

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in social sciences (i.e. Marketing, Communication, English, Journalism, etc…)
