The candidate will be responsible for the implementation of project plans. The incumbent must ensure documentation of project related information and support to service providers.
Requirements
A relevant Diploma/Degree in Administration/Project Management related qualification
3years experience in project / Programme management
Duties
Provide support to the office in the execution of programmes
Load and maintain all documents on the project system including: concept papers; quarterly reports; narrative reports; participant information; financial reports; contracts; other deliverables as identified by the contract
Update project data on the system on the basis of information coming through from quarterly reports
Generate monthly project status reports of all programmes and submit to the Coordinator
Generate project disbursement forms at request of the Coordinator and ensure that they are signed by all relevant personnel as well as processed by Finance Department
Include proof of payment in project files
Stamp all reports as received and entered on the project system
Monitor compliance in entering information on the system including site visit reports; correspondence; extension of dates and deliverables
Maintain a consistent filing system for all programme information
Liaise with all the Chairpersons stakeholders as requested by the Coordinator
Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders and ascertain where support is required
Monitor and hold stakeholders against agreed project deliverables
Ensure that stakeholders are updated about changes in projects
Facilitate and coordinate all correspondences between the project function
Job Types: Temporary, Casual
Salary: R20,000.00 to R35,000.00 /month
