Job Description
RCL FOODS has an exciting opportunity for a Pricing and Rebate Clerk based in National Office .

The successful candidate will be responsible to facilitate accurate processing/capturing of claims and deals. Accurate reporting and the provision of sales information to the business.

Minimum Requirements
National Diploma in Accounting;
3-5 years commercial administration experience including extensive exposure to and utilisation of SAP.


Duties & Responsibilities
Deal and List Price Capturing
- Capture all deals into SAP ensuring the correct details are loaded and process followed and that deal are released and forwarded to Sub-distributors on time.
- Create manage and maintain master data in Arch Enterprise system.
- Ensure that list price is updated as per the authorised Mandate schedule on SAP.
- Update P Number Template with new Products, Mandate and List price, (separate from price list).

* Claims Management
- Prepare Bedfordview rebate recons by customer, prepare workflows for Bedfordview rebate payment to Vector and ensure all adhoc payments are allocated against budgeted adhoc per customer. (External customer)
- Reconcile Vector Statement for all Consumer division rebate accounts.


* Pricing claims
- Reconcile SAP Value Only Credit notes processed in the Income Statement.
- Audit claims and credits approved by RCL FOODS to determine their validity and ensure rejections are recovered from Vector


* Rebate
- Analyse new trading terms, escalate deviations and update and maintain rebate master file with the new trading terms.
- Ensure that sales figures are extracted by customer for rebate calculation purposes.
- Compile specific customer sales reports. (internal format)
- Maintain capture file for credit notes and payment schedule to Vector.
- Ensure Macs system is updated with the new Trading terms.
- Extract rebate provision from Macs and prepare a journal to raise the provision.
- Reconcile rebate paid against provision raised.
- Maintain and updated adhoc MHI discount request.
- Reconcile Material Handling incentive discount passed and reallocate MHI cost to the Income Statement.
