Your main responsibilities will include:
Typing of technical reports
Proof reading to facilitate language review and formatting
Compiling of reports, procedures etc
Diary management and travel arrangements
Arrange and facilitate meetings
Population and submission of expense claims
Preparation and submission of invoices to clients
Management of claim spreadsheets
You will need to have:
Minimum of 2 years in a similar position reporting to managerial levels
Excellent command of English, written and oral
Accurate and fast typing skills

High proficiency in Word and Excel Digital dictaphone and other electronic device experience
ability to work in a team environment
