Person specification

Min of 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in a waiter position of a waiter
Min 1 year experience working dinner shifts
Knowledge

Knowledge on breakfast, lunch & dinner service procedures.
Knowledge of micros point of sale and cashiering procedures.
Knowledge of food and wine pairing would be advantageous.
Familiar with food standards, hygiene, presentation, service and etiquette.

Skills/ competencies

Must be able & flexible to work both shifts.
Able to thrive under pressure.
Must have good up selling
Eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills and able to relate to all levels of people.
Strong guest focus.
