AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: * Plan and Organize Resources (co-responsible for Stock Control) * Administer Report / Documents (staff documentation, etc) * Respond to Internal Audits * Issue Cheques * Check & Collate Credit Notes * Check and Capture Creditors * Process payments received * Monitor, Collate and File documentation * Issue Receipts * Prepare and Collate credit notes
SKILLS / BEHAVIOUR REQUIRED: * Integrity * Assertive * Deadline orientated * Customer orientated * Attention to detail * Positive approach to work/relationships * Excellent Telephone Skills * Strong Administration Skills Retail enviroment
