Branch Manager

 Matric, Retail Management / Business Diploma advantageous

 A minimum of 5 years retail experience in a well established brand

 A minimum of 5 years Management/Supervisory experience

 Experience working in a branch with at least R45m-R60m turnover per annum

 Proven track record of driving sales, Stock and shrinkage management

 Knowledge of Merchandising principles and Space Optimization

 Planning and implementation of promotional activities – store based and national

 Industrial Relations and Employee Relations experience

 Relevant Operation, Administration and Financial Management

 Computer Literacy in MS Office and Intermediate Excel.

 Matric

 Tertiary Qualification (Advantageous)

 2 – 3 years retail stockroom experience (Stock Management)

 1 year supervisory experience – minimum of 3 permanent direct staff

 Flair for administration and adhering to correct policies and procedures

 Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel

Grade 12, with 1 year work experience as a Stock Clerk/Stock Management experience

 Physical receiving and dispatch of stock

 Maintain and control stock loss by performing daily sectional counts

 Maintain and control stock loss performing financial stock takes

 Deal with customers in a customer centric manner

 Effective self-management and teamwork

Financial Service Administrator

 Matric with 2—3 years experience in retail

Deal with customers in a customer centric manner

 Customer Repairs Co-ordination, Administration

 Administer and assist customers to successfully apply and obtain credit in line with policy

Matric with 1 year retail sales experience

 Attract and retain customers through merchandising.

 Perform sales activities in order to generate sales.
