The role is to make outbound calls and maximise sales within a rapid growing organisation with well-known brands.

Key Responsibilities:
* To exceed all targets set by the business and achieve KPI’s
* To contact new and existing customers to retain their business
* Maintain appropriate level of functional and technical expertise, including knowledge of products, procedures, service, system and frameworks
* Promote positive customer perceptions continuously developing relationships aligned to 'Feel Good’ values
* Maintain complete and accurate records for all customers to ensure continuity of sales and service
* To achieve quality targets by ensuring correct customer information is taken first time and that processes and procedures are followed

Skills required:
* Previous experience in a demanding outbound sales environment

* Excellent working knowledge of the company products and policies
* Excellent communication skills and a polite, friendly telephone manner
* Ability to engage well with customers
* Sales motivated and a self-starter
* Experience of exceeding monthly targets
* Target driven, results focused and resilient
* Computer Literate
* Have a positive attitude and a flexible approach towards changing business needs
