Outputs:

•Coordinate and administer assessments for recruitment and development purposes
•Interpret assessment results and compile feedback reports
•Provide assessment feedback to stakeholders, teams and individuals
•Implement and facilitate assessments for career development and team optimisation
•Maintain productive relationships with external providers
•Ensure compliance with legislative and HPCSA requirements
•Maintain assessment data according to legislative and organisational requirements

Competencies:

•Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology
•Registered Industrial Psychologist or Psychometrist
•Minimum 1-2 years experience in a corporate assessment environment
•Sound understanding of assessment methodologies and best practice
