Presentation and Order Procurement

Present attractive product ranges in line with briefs received
Collaborate with buyers, merchandise planners, suppliers and international offices to negotiate prices, quantities and time lines for delivery
Oversee Order Placement and Production Process
Receive and check customer orders for discrepancies
Place orders with suitable suppliers in conjunction with Co-ordinator
Advise factory of all details, placements and requirements of customer
Advise customers of all details and requirements of suppliers
Track status of production through reporting
Confirm orders have left factory in accordance to the delivery schedule
Facilitate Production Meetings with the relevant Merchandise Team
Production Placement and Follow Up

Identify suitable suppliers for production of orders
Oversee Procurement of Samples and Approval
Complete accurate briefs for each garment ordered for supplier
Receive, fit and process QA samples to be sealed on approval by customer
Process lab dips, strike offs, fabric samples with Merchandiser
Send samples, lab dips, strike offs, fabric samples to Buyer for approval and sealing
Receive and confirm Pre Production sample/Keep Sample for approval against bulk production
Receive Bulk Production sample to send to buyer – checked against Pre Production sample/Keep Sample by Warehouse
Follow up on release of BPS approval by Buyer
Relay final quantities to customer to facilitate distribution process
Follow up Booking made at Distribution Centre
Follow up on final delivery
Track sales performance to 80% clearance after delivery
