KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Underwriting of new members who join our clients funeral schemes.
Capturing new application forms on the system.
Compiling and sending out of correct billing schedules to clients.
Balances monthly billing schedules after changes have been implemented into system.
Ensuring that amendments on existing membership data are processed as per the client's request within the agreed turnaround times.
Ensuring data integrity and that membership certificates are checked for accuracy prior to distribution.
Issuing of policy documents to individual clients and schemes
Ensuring that all membership queries from internal and external clients are attended within 48 hours.
Ensuring that customers are confident that fair treatment is central to the company culture.
Assisting clients with queries i.e. walk-in, telephone, fax and e-mail.
Ensuring that membership data is 100% accurate on the system and well maintained.
Indexing, Filing, scanning and linking application forms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Matric & Administrative Diploma/Certificate.
Computer Literacy; (advanced ms excel a must, word & outlook).
1-2 years experience in administration or client service environment.
SKILLS
Must be able to handle & work under pressurized environment.
Very focussed, dedicated, motivated & results driven.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Accurate and excellent data capturing.
Reliability in terms of adherence to deadlines.
Ability to maintain efficient office workflow and administrative processes.
