Job Description
To ensure all master data integrity across all systems as well as designing and implementing processes and governance to support data quality (outside of FSSC). Ensure legal compliance by country and assist with SAP user profiles.


Duties & Responsibilities

? Custodian of the master data rules, with primary focus related to products:
o Bills of Materials
o Profit and Work Centre Structure
o Routings
o Ancillary product related meta-data eg. Lead-times, Buffer Levels, Dimensions, Certificates
o Product master data architecture
? Master data strategy, governance and control.
? Alignment of master data within SAP, BW and EPM systems
? Master data management
? Assist with SAP user profiles in co-ordination with AECI Group IT.
? Comply with governance & compliance policies and procedures
Comply with Safety, Health and Environment standards
? In-depth understanding of master data screens and tables
? In-depth knowledge of master data governance, policies and procedures
? Knowledge of MS Office suite
? Sound knowledge of IT policies and procedures
In-depth knowledge of an ERP system, preferably SAP (B1/R3)

Qualifications & Experience
? BCom (Informatics / Information Systems is preferable)
? SAP Knowledge
? 2-3 years’ experience in managing & understanding SAP master data
? Exposure of SAP Access User profiles.
? Experience in data migration
