A private limited liability management firm looking to employ a finance administrator at entry level.
Administration of company databases.
Maintain and update company databases.
Organise a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned.
Preparing regular financial and administrative reports.
Ad hoc administration roles as and when required.
Matric with a tertiary education or working towards obtaining one.
Computer proficiency on all MS packages especially Excel.
At least a year of work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organised with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
