Experience in Skype for Business Enterprise Voice including configuration of Users, Response Groups, Object, Rooms, PoliciesExperience with AudioCodes gateways including proactive monitoring of Audio codes Digital and Analogue Gateways
Proficiency in managing supplier SLAs including change and request management, license renewals, firmware upgrades, warranty replacements
Experience managing user issues, requests, and knowledge transfer
Working knowledge of networking concepts including WAN, LAN, GSM, and DECT
Working knowledge of video conferencing technology infrastructure, connectivity, endpoints, and software
