INTERNAL VOLUME SALES ASSISTANT

A vacancy exists in the Software Solutions Division for an entry level Internal Sales candidate at our client's Sandton Offices.
Reporting:

Provide reports as needed by the Software Solutions Manager or DCC Team
Marketing:

Sending out weekly Product mailshots to a targeted base
Sales:

Build up an effective knowledge of our reseller customer base, respective supplier(s) and selected end-user clients
Maintain an efficient communication structure with both resellers and our supplier(s)
Prepare price quotations, proposals for resellers and assist DCC Sales staff with preparing quotations and proposals
Action all relevant aspects of the Vendor Objective Rebate Plans to preset quotas as assigned by Divisional Manager
Assisting DCC Sales staff to process any Software Product enquiries from resellers o Updating the Software Solutions business forecast sheet on a daily and weekly basis

Quotations & tracking of Commercial Software Maintenance Renewals
Assisting with marketing administration of Commercial Software products
Assisting with generation of business leads o Assist with coordinating mail shots and general marketing
Checking of end-user client licensing levels o Communicate product information to reseller
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor
Matric/Grade 12 (Certificate required)
Computer Literate – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
One year internal sales experience in the SA IT Industry will be beneficial
Knowledge of Axapta an advantage
Assertive, Self-Motivated, ability to work under pressure
Honest, reliable with a strong sense of accountability
Be able to work independently & within a team
Exceptional Administration Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills are prerequisite
Attention to detail with effective time-management skills
