The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Looking after existing customers and overseeing new business development
Generating quotes, processing sales orders, delivery notes and compiling and managing invoices.
Liaising with customers with regard to quotations, orders, product availability and pricing, facilitating collections and/or deliveries as well as complaints and queries.
Confirming and reviewing stock availability and liaising with warehouse and production departments.
Support role for dispatch management and warehouse
Support the sales and production departments to exceed customer expectations.
Front line reception and switchboard.
PA role to the Managing Director and the Sales Manager
General administration and support.
The successful candidate will need to be a person with a sunny disposition, meticulous, honest with high integrity, pay attention to detail, hold customer service in high regard and a team player.
Potential candidates must have computer accounting (preferably Sage Evolution) and Microsoft Office experience.

Experience:
Sage Evolution or similar accounting program: 1 year (Required)
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
Internal Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
