Our client, a market leader in the field of medical diagnostic equipment, is offering an Internship an experienced, well spoken Intern to assist the Sales Administrator for a permanent position in Midrand
Duties
To be the main interface to the SSC : to ensure coordination with the SSC and within the Sub regarding order to cash (O2C) operations.
To ensure O2C Operations execution, and provide SSC with inputs, expertise & guidance on complex or non-rule-based situation in term of Processes & Business, to ensure the highest level of customer delivery, on time, in full.
To be the main contact for customer in the ordering process and to manage the non-technical customer complaint handling : register customer complaints, coordinate timeously resolution and feedback to customer, give visibility to the Management on the level and root causes of the claims
To ensure the reduction of exceptions & issues in coordination with SSC as part of the continuous process improvement (CAPA process)
To liaise and coordinate with the Third-party logistic partner regarding shipment to customer, proof of delivery (POD) and queries on delivery.
Requirements:
1 to 2 yearsβ experience in sales administration or customer service equivalent position
Good understanding of SAP, policies and sales administration procedures
Know how to handle difficult customers
Knowledge of the products and customers
Very good email etiquette, diplomacy
