One of the leaders in the Transport and Logistics Industry is recruiting for an HR Assistant.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be able to lead and motivate staff as well as be responsible in providing aligned and compliant administrative support to all business partners and employees, thus increasing the effectiveness of the business.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12.
HR diploma/studying towards an HR qualification
Minimum 2 years in an HR role
Minimum 2 years actively involved in HR administration
Minimum 2 years exposure to business processes
Recruitment exposure
Understanding of IR processes
Valid drivers license and own vehicle
Salary and Benefits:
