Qualifications:

Matric
Relevant HR degree
2 -3 years' HR experience as an HR recruitment consultant
Understanding:

Sound knowledge of HR Administration
Sound knowledge of traditional and alternative sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques in respect of recruitment
Knowledge of the WSP and ATR process
Knowledge of Employment Equity
Sound knowledge of Learnerships and Internships
Functions:

Implementation and management of intern/ learner recruitment process: start to finish
Sourcing accredited Training providers
Engagement with training providers
Administration of learner/ intern enrollment onto learnership/ internship
Workplace provider mapping
Proactive recruitment for learners/ interns
Learner/ intern payroll administration
Learner/ intern leave management
Discipline of Learners/ interns
Generation of reports for the purpose of reporting internally and externally
Ensure compliance and accuracy of learnership/ internship documents and contracts for auditing
Quality management of learner/ interns’ hard and soft copy files
Submission and registration of Learnership documents to SETAs
Monitoring of Learnership/ internship payments through Finances
Project management and administration of learnership/ internship programs
Payslip generation and distribution to learners/ interns
Monitor completion of learnership/ internship programs and Certification
Updating of HR Server and administrative support
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R10,500.00 to R17,000.00 /month

Experience:

Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)
