Holiday Concierge Reservationist Consultant X2
A vacation group of companies needs X2 Holiday Concierges to execute all functions relating to club members, s. a. reservation bookings, account management, customer care, eGuest admin and Membership optimisation via sales & upgrading
KPA's:
Manage reservations
Adhered to Member's holiday requirements i. e. preference in wildlife / beach / outdoors, how many holidays per year, school holiday needs, weekend getaways, children, work commitments
Personalise and tailor holidays to the Member's needs
Perform Member Credit Control Requirements
Ensuring accounts (loan & subscription) are timeously paid
Perform credit control functions i. e. Follow up calls, emails, etc
Understand the Member's financial position
Responsible for upgrading of Members accounts,
Pushing of sales by upgrading at point of booking or based on Member's holiday needs
Cross-sell products to existing Members
Ad hoc Customer Care services
Soft Skills:
Must be emotionally intelligent (EQ) to fit in with the company's work ethic
Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
Able to work in a team
Attention to detail
Innovative & proactive
Skills and Requirements
Must have:
Matric; diploma / certificate in Customer Care would be an advantage
Min of 3 - 4 years exp in Reservations / Customer Care
Basic numeric and accounting exp
Conflict management skills
Sound telephone etiquette & interpersonal skills
Good English written and verbal communication
Strong problem solving & listening skills
Proficient in MS Office
