Job Summary

The functional consultant coordinates various business stakeholders within the clients and FICO project team to analyse, capture, document, and prioritise business requirements that enable the implementation of FICO’s collections & recoveries related products.
Job Description

The functional consultant works closely with the clients to ensure the resulting business requirements are then realised, typically through product configuration. Throughout the international professional services organisation, the functional consultant is the primary point of knowledge on FICO’s products and how to integrate them with client’s applications and platform.
