Minimum requirements;

Registered Estate Agent with the Estate Agency Affairs Board of South Africa (EAAB)
NQF 4 - 5 Qualification (commerce or related degree advantageous)
Proven track record/consistent sales performance
Full professional proficiency and command of the English language (Afrikaans and/or Zulu advantageous)
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Sound negotiating skills
Good computer skills and the ability to work with the Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Own transportDesired personal traits;
A passion and drive towards your work and life
Integrity - a key value in doing business
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail

Strong work ethic
Digitally savvy.
Open to mentorship initiatives with Directors and other Brokers
