PURPOSE

To provide service to customers, focusing at all times on fulfilling Spec-Savers commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

The principle accountabilities include but are not limited to the following:

Follow all processing and administration procedures
Assist clients with frame selection
Pricing and quoting
Ensure that medical aid benefits have been confirmed telephonically
Dealing with laboratory and suppliers
Carrying out any adjustments and repairs

Handling the contact lens orders and processes
Handling all customer queries
Data capturing
Handling all petty cash
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Computer competency
Effective customer interaction and communication skills
Attention to details
Team orientated
