Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a professional and vibrant Front of House for a luxury Game Lodge in the Timbavati Game Reserve. The successful candidates will need experience in similar roles. They would have to be dynamic and be able to work and assist in the front office operations


Skills / Requirements:

Must have a formal hospitality qualification with at least 3 years’ experience within a 4/5-star lodge.

Computer literate: must be proficient on booking systems i.e Opera

Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word

Must have excellent guest relations and communications skills

Must have in-depth knowledge in FOH and Accommodation

Must have excellent guest relations skills


Personal Characteristics:

Must Be Fluent in English, Have Excellent People Skills and Excellent Communication Skills

Pleasant Personality

Dynamic Professional Attitude.

Passionate About Guest Satisfaction and Maintaining High Levels of Service

Excellent Grooming Standards

The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time

The ability to perform under pressure

Must be highly motivated

Highly presentable
