Final Costing Clerk

We require a vibrant, dynamic, client orientated Final Repair Costing Clerk for our final costing department. It is essential for the candidates to have relevant administration and financial skills for the position. Preference will be given to candidates with previous auditing/costing experience.

Main Purpose of The Job:

To process and effectively ensure that Final Repair Costings (FRC) are checked and verified according to the current SLA's in place, to ensure that our client does not overpay for services rendered by the service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Process of Final Repair Costings and Ensure Final Repair Costings (FRC) passes external audits.
Checking invoices and monthly statements.
Invoicing.
Logbooks.
Other administrative duties.
Requirements:

Experience in dealing with supplier invoices and statements.
Should have excellent numeracy skills.
Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and contentious improve methods, approaches and departmental contribution.
Be confident and trustworthy
Be able to work well under a high pressure environment
Have a reputation of building good relationships (Both internally and externally)
Be computer literate with experience in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
Work accurately and pay attention to details
Have the ability to adapt to constant changes
Have excellent negotiation skills to represent the company in a favorable manner
Have the ability to make decisions and have accountability
Have proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the telephone
Be a team player and take responsibility for own development initiatives
Deal with clients queries timorously in an ope, professional manner
Actively participate and contribute toward the team
Co-operates, supports, encourages and interacts with other team members and takes on fair share of workload for benefits of clients at all times
