Key activities include, but are not limited to
Prepare and sort physical documents for scanning, including removing staples and other bindings, identifying document quality and handle accordingly
Scan manual and paper documentation to convert to computerised records.
Verify, prepare, scan documents onto the System.
Prepare files and documentation
Scan, file and index paperwork from client files
Ensure the security and safe storage of all documentation according to company policies and procedures
For this FilingScanning Clerk position, you must meet the following criteria
Grade 12
qualification in business administration and computer literacy
Experience of using scanning equipment and collating, filing and indexing scanned images

Ability to work accurately and quickly, ensuring attention to detail this is essential, due to the nature of the documents you will be scanning and filingGood communication skills
A competent user of Scanners and Printers
Understand the importance of confidentiality
Confident, positive and cheerful attitude with willingness to work hard and assist where required
PC Literacy Microsoft products
Strong ability to work proactively with commitment to high standards of service delivery
