Qualification:

Millwright Qualification
Process control instrumentation, understanding of software, programmes and industrial networking experience and knowledge will be an advantage
Minimum 5 years’ experience in rotating equipment, heat exchangers, decanters, high speed separators and associated equipment.
Good commercial knowledge
Numerical skills, mastering Excel and Database Management
Good communication & negotiation skills. Express verbal and written ideas effectively to all levels of people.
Be able to travel and visit customers in the South ⋐- Saharan region on a continuous basis.
Customer service oriented


KPA’s:

Undertaking servicing of equipment as per the company’s standards and procedures, on time , on or off site
Be responsible for installation, commissioning, developing solutions, fault finding, repairs and maintenance of all company products and promote said products
Explore business development and every possible opportunity
Ensure fulfilment of service visits as per service agreements
Ensure documentation of every visit and minute all observations and commitments with the customer
Resolve customer complaints in the shortest time possible
Communication of problems observed to the respective managers for preventative/remedial actions
Proactively recommend to customers on timely purchasing of spares
Concerted effort to advise customers for service agreements
Enhance technical abilities and competencies with every service experience and company resources available


Salary Range:
R 550 000 TCTC
