Main purpose of the job
Responsible for own hand sales in order to meet monthly targets

1. Responsible for Sales:
Achievement of individual total value sales targets
Achievement of generic brands
Achievement of Individual new products value sales targets
Achievement of Individual unit sales targets
Territory coverage
Strike Rate
Call Rate
2. Responsible for completion of administration:
Planners

Expenses
PDA usage
Call reports, To ensure proper planning, execution and evaluation
3. Product Knowledge:
Updated product
Competitor and
Market knowledge
EDUCATION
At least a Matric (HG Maths)
Degree
A Diploma or course in Sales an advantage
EXPERIENCE.
1-2 years experience in the sales environment, NOT in the medical industry

Able to use the PDA Repwise system or similar

TRAVEL
The role holder will travel 90% of their time on a mixture of planned and ad-hoc business travel

KPI QUALITY STANDARDS
Responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets
Meeting monthly and quarterly premium values sales targets.
Achieving monthly and quarterly new products value sales targets.
Cover 100% of identified territory.
At least 60% of calls made should result in a sale
Achieve 10 calls per day.
Timeous, complete and accurate submission of reports and correct usage of PDA.
Minimum 85% pass rate on product knowledge tests quarterly
RSM in field assessments on an ad hoc basis

Training is 8 weeks long and held in Johannesburg
Salary R20,000.00 CTC
Commission is earned quarterly
Monthly incentives as well as annual incentives
