Dispatch Controller

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be required to co-ordinate and ensure the effective and efficient dispatching of products, the control of documentation of products transferred thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and the achievement of company objectives.

Some key responsibilties will include:

Co-ordinating the activities of the dispatch office ensuring effective and effcient customer service.
Ensuring that data is processed, documents are controlled and timeously submitted in accordance with relevant procedures.
Ensuring that the logistics call centre is functioning across various departments.
Checking the availibility of required products on the system.
Dispatching of export orders.
Receiving transferred pipes from Duncanville Site b y waybill/supply chain transfer.
Performing work in accordance with the relevant SHE working procedures/work instructions.
Job Requirements:

Grade 12
Minimum 3 years relevant dispatch control experience
SYSPRO Knowledge
Technical knowledge will be an advantage
