Comtech Networking Solutions is looking for a Debtors Clerk & Call Centre Agen t to work in the accounting department of our company and needs to keep record of customers' accounts. The Position is to manage general administration, invoicing, and keep records on amounts owed by customers and amounts paid. together with Call Centre responsibility's.

Your responsibility as a Debtors Clerk & Call Centre Agent for a Telecommunications Company is to drive customer satisfaction through Customer Support, as well as delivering exceptional customer service. As a Debtors Clerk & Call Centre Agent , you will be required to:

Receive Orders and process on SAP Business 1 System.
Process Internal Paper work and work flows to invoice on SAP Business 1 System.
Follow up with Customers on payments.
Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle Sales & Service enquiries.
Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly customer support.
Adhere to internal requirements working on SAP Business 1 System.
Be at work on daily basis and adhering to your schedules.
Handle enquiries with regard to product, pricing, customer relations and complaints.
Handle all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.

Ability to multi-task and to solve customer problems, take orders and answer enquiries while completing other assigned tasks.
Pay close attention to detail, reviewing, and adding necessary notes to provide excellent customer service.
Read your MS Outlook emails on regular basis to self-learn on daily updates.
Responsible for maintaining and updating customer records.
Organize your own transports and being at work on time. Transport is not the companies’ responsibility Your responsibility as a Debtors Clerk & Call Centre Agent is to drive customer satisfaction.
