WorldsView Technologies has offices in Woodmead, South Africa, and is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to provide assistance and support to the Customer Success team.

About the job

We are looking for an Executive Personal Assistant who will be responsible for the following areas:



Sales Assistance and Administration – Be responsible for the administration associated with quotes, pricing, orders and scheduling of customer events and associated billings
Support Desk – Be responsible for the Support Desk, monitoring issues and escalating to relevant parties to ensure resolution
Project Management – Be responsible for all project management of department Key and Strategic Account engagements
Data Management – Be responsible for the accurate capturing of information in Salesforce.com relating to the Services offerings and collateral

Stakeholder Management – Be responsible for engagement across functions and ensure brand learning occurs
About the person

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:

At least a matric and a relevant tertiary business qualification;
At least 2 years Project Management experience;
At least 3 to 5 years administration and support experience in a software industry;
At least 3 to 5 years experience in a services sales environment;
Experience working in an Engineering or consulting type office would be an advantage;


Skills and abilities

Computer Literate - MS office full suite including PowerPoint;
Proficiency on Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool would be an advantage;
Excellent communication (telephonic and written) skills;
Strong customer centricity;
Teamwork & collaboration;
Good inter-personal communication skills;
Accurate and Attention to detail;
Deadline and results oriented;
Tenacity.


Monthly salary

TCTC R20K-R25K, including company benefits (salary will depend on experience and qualification).
