Customer Services Supervisor
Job Profile:
Plan, coordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer experience; and meet revenue and organization objectives. Ensure customer orders are placed, filled and shipped on time. Key Performance Areas: Develop and implement an integrated customer service plan which is aligned to the company strategy. Develop and implement robust customer order processing workflows to enhance the customer experience. Manage activities related to purchasing of imported products, inventory control, warehousing operations and shipping. Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turnover, reduce waste and optimize customer service. Monitor quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods. Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and freight forwarders. Develop and implement warehousing improvement strategies. Manage activities of export products. Plan and prioritize export shipments in accordance with customer requirements. Manage fleet and deploy drivers. Review customer complaints, investigate and track their resolutions. Define and communicate customer service standards. Prepare a departmental budget and monitor expenses Manage performance of staff in the department Person profile Customer focused Ethical Excellent communication skills including verbal and written presentation skills Analytical and problem solving skills Planning, organising and decision making skills Flexibility Stress tolerance Ability to shift back & forth between various activities. Qualifications and Experience Degree in supply chain management or related fields Management Development Program will be an added advantage More than 5 yearsβ experience in supply chain or customer services environment in pharmaceuticals, life sciences and/or related industries At least two yearsβ experience in supervisory role Experience in radiopharmaceuticals/ nuclear medicine sector will be an added advantage.
