Our client has a new vacancy for a Customer Service/Relations Advisor
Key Responsibilities /Principal Tasks

Assist clients using live chat, email and telephone calls in English and Portuguese
Work on various in-house software systems (will be given full training)
Identify and solve client issues using the in-house software provided or by sourcing relevant information in a timely fashion; following up to ensure resolution
Assess the registered client data and accurately act on such
Endeavour to locate and apply long-term solutions to all queries brought forward
Enter and register client data and maintain an accurate client log
Escalate relevant queries through the correct channels

Keep up-to-date with interdepartmental issues or updates affecting the client base
Provide constructive feedback on the customer service process
Contribute to the team effort by reaching qualitative and quantitative results as needed
Escalate issues through the relevant channels
Abide to company processes, procedures and priorities as described
Allocate inbound support queries to correct departments or consultants for resolution


Attributes, Qualifications and Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional support languages would be of advantage)
2 plus years' experience in Customer Service
Minimum Grade 12 qualification
Computer literate ( ME Word, Excel and Outlook -will be trained on in house company system )
Comfortable with receiving and providing feedback
Excellent listening, feed back and customer relationship management skills
Strongly solution and action oriented

Salary Offer :
R16000 inclusive of Company Benefits, incentives and Bonus yearly
