Customer Service Call Centre Agents: Inbound/Outbound (Customer Service Dept), mrpmoney (Durban,KZN)

mrpmoney, a division of the Mr Price Group is expanding and we’re looking for highly motivated, well-spoken, analytical and efficient Customer Service Call Centre Agents to join our Contact Centre team.

Your functions and responsibilities will include:

Effectively analyze customer's accounts and grant credit limit increases within company policies and procedures
Assisting in admin functions pertaining to the admin department
Be able to action all new account queries
In your role as a Customer Service Call Centre Agent, you should be well-spoken and be able to communicate proficiently at all levels.
You will need to possess analytical skills to analyze information and react positively on it and be computer literate with Microsoft Office packages.
Knowledge of the Mr Price consolidated Debtors system is essential and the incumbent must be able to sit for long periods of time with headphones on.
Overtime and shift work will be required as business dictates.
Applicants will need to have:

A valid Grade 12 certificate

Have a sound knowledge of Financial Services products
Good working knowledge of credit policies and procedures when dealing with customer queries and authorizations
A second language will be an advantage
