The Customer Relationship Manager’s role is to create new business and maintain existing accounts within a specified geographical area.
Key responsibilities
Relationship Building
Building and leveraging collaborative business relationships with customers
Planning and implementing a customer calling schedule to establish and maintain a market presence through regular customer visits
Provide a “high-touch” service for high-level customers through frequent visits and close contact
Prospect for new business opportunities
Developing collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with internal admin support to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Teamwork - Supporting others at all times to ensure that work is completed on time and in line with quality standards
Training - Provide training to new and current Lexis RatesClearance customers

Key Requirements
Driver’s license & own reliable Vehicle
Proven track record in effective customer relationship management
3 – 5 years’ corporate experience
Boardroom presentation experience

Good communication skills (written and spoken)
Excellent customer relationship building skills
Selling and cold calling skills
