A leading Call Center based in Umhlanga Ridge(Durban,KZN) is currently looking to employ Customer Care Consultants for one of their International campaign's:

We are looking for ambitious, energetic and professional individuals to join our UK division.

Candidate profile:

The consultants will be responsible for handling queries from customers through our digital platforms and will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service and upholding the brand name in the most professional manner.

Personal Attributes:

Must have a positive attitude and be willing to work in a team. Show initiative and ask questions when unsure. Open minded and a fast learner with the ability to adapt easily. Must be able to work under pressure.

Skills set –

language - strong written and verbal proficiency (an absolute must)
humble (young and dynamic)
patient and enthusiastic
Must be tech savvy
Personal Development:

Must keep updated with service techniques and innovative/creative methods of providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Matric or a minimum grade 11 qualification is required
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to speak fluent English(Non-negotiable)
