Summary: Tech-Pro are currently looking for Coordinator Imports – Customer Service to represent on the job market. We are looking for someone with the right attitude – someone who is willing to learn and work hardtop achieve and that has a passion for Supply Chain




Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in the Liner Shipping Industry

Bachelor Degree B Eng. / Bcom Logistics

Very good command of written and spoken English

Customer and Service orientated

Ability to take initiative and able to work under pressure

Flexibility in working hours

Responsibilities:

Providing support for all Import related topics on day-to-day challenges

Assist with dispute solutions Process credit note requests when required.

Monitor uncleared / longstanding containers following Customs process with States Warehouse

Full compliance to quality and process of KPI’s
