Key Outputs

To ensure adequate training and on-boarding of new staff members entering into the emergency contact center environment and to upskill and train existing staff on new products and initiatives.
QA reports of new staff
Training initiatives and documents for new products Achieve 85% average within probation period of new staff.
One training initiative per month or as required for new products Maintain 95% service level despite ongoing training
Monthly mentoring initiatives for Contact Centre agents
Quarterly calibration sessions demonstrable Mentoring initiatives
