COMPRESSED GAS ADMINISTRATOR (Alrode)

Full Time

Compile statistics – for all filling areas and cylinder maintenance.
Co-Ordinate meetings and minutes.
Liaise with other Departments as to Quality/Safety/Production requirements
Liaise with H.R. on updates of personnel requirements for Comp. Gas.
Follow-up on corrective actions for audits/customer cares/non-conformances.
Maintain/update training records for all Comp. Gas Personnel – Alrode.
Maintain/control/update all QA/safety documentation, Comp. Gas – Alrode.
Liaise with branch coordinators on all administration routes.
Liaise with Production coordinator and supervisors of Comp. Gas – Alrode.
Ensure that all figures on production data for SAP and statistics are entered daily.
Assist with admin (production) training as required.
Liaise with production supervisors to help coordinate production and logistics at the filling station.
Spend time on the floor at the filling stations understanding and facilitating the flow of product.

Inherent Requirements
Applicant must be in possession of a standard 10(Matric) certificate
2 to 3 years experience in a similar environment
Must be computer literate with very good Excel skills.
SAP experience is a pre-requisite.
Previous exposure to Quality and Safety..
Knowledge of basic business principles, an advantage.
Strong communication skills.
Self Motivated.
Very high level of responsibility and integrity.
Ability to work in a team.
Keen helpful attitude.
All work to be neat and accurate.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Liaison with fellow colleagues.
