Job Description
This individual will be responsible for the execution and maintenance of cash and credit accounts.

Customer Master Data
Responsible for capturing of new credit and cash accounts.
Work with cross functional teams (Field Sales, Finance and DMO) to deliver business SLA to opening accounts
Responsible for maintenance of general and sales data for credit and cash accounts ensuring data accuracy at all times
Maintenance of all customer master data changes ensuring that all the documents submitted for changes are valid and COSO compliant
Ensuring all changes to master data are clearly thought through and the effect on the business established before any changes are made
Maintain a high standard of quality of data capturing
Necessary communication channels/processes with Retailers, NAMS and Field Sales and Logistics to establish that customer classifications in terms of CBO structures and Channel allocations are correct and up to date.
Follow-up with the DC’s ensuring required/missing information with regards to customers is obtained timely
Communicate all relevant information with regards to customer data to Account Management and Field Management teams
Work closely with the IT department to ensure any system related issues are attended to and resolved promptly

Daily checking of new approved accounts to ensure SAP and Newspage routes are aligned at all times
Monthly reconciliation of Independent Buying Group member lists against Simba customer lists to ensure correct and up-to date customer master lists are maintained
Coordinate the blocking/unblocking & flagging/Unflagging of customers as and when requested by the DC’s
Work with Trading Marketing and Operations Director to ensure Merchandising indicators are maintained correctly.
Reports
Compile and communicate new customers report weekly to the Leadership team, RSOM’s and Capability manager
Compile monthly deck on new customers not serviced and work closely with the Capability manager to highlight outages
COSO
Administrate and ensure the COSO process is being adhered to
Support adhoc S2C projects

Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum Matric
Tertiary qualification advantageous
Computer Literate - MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
1-2 years FMCG experience
1-2 years Master Data Maintenance experiece
